    6 large red peppers
    2TBS Wishbone Italian Dressing

Tips

Add these to sandwiches or use them as a side for chicken, on an appetizer plate or other main dishes. They are delicious with Feta cheese too. These are so simple to make! You will find many uses for these.


Directions

Wash red peppers and take the stems and seeds out. Place slices of red pepper on a sheet of tin foil in the broiler. Broil until completly blackened. Some people like to place the blackened peppers in a plastic bag or container to let them steam. You can peel them after they cool a little. When the burnt skin has been removed place in a container and sprinkle with 2 TBS of dressing. ( I like Wishbone Italian or Robusto Italian by Wishbone) Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate from one hour to several days.
