Ingredients

    1 Cup Garbanzo beans/Chickpeas drained and strained
    1 Lemon squeezed
    2 Tsp cumin ground
    1 Tsp lemon pepper seasoning blend
    1 Tsp black pepper or white pepper
    1 Tsp salt
    1/4 Cup water approximate

Tips

The white pepper is just an option. It is a bit stronger and surely gives it a different taste but very good. Have fun! Very good with carrots or I even like to throw it on salads.


Directions

So all you really have to do is get out your emersion blender and chip chop around all of the ingredients until every thing is combined nicely, no chunks unless you like it that way!
