Ingredients

Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork, 16 oz (4 chops)
Apples, fresh, 4 cup, peeled, quartered and sliced thinly
Onions, raw, 3 cup, sliced
*Brown sugar substitute, Diabeti Sweet, 4 tsp
*Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp
Thyme, dried, 4 tsp
Salt, 2 tsp
Pepper, black, 4 tsp
small amount of salt, pepper, thyme and garlic salt to taste
*All Natural Original PAM No Stick Cooking Spray, enough of a spray to coat pan.
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Season boths sides of chops with salt, pepper and thyme. Heat large skillet over medium heat and brown chops thoroughly on both sides, remove to plate. Use a short spray of Pam in skillet again and place onions and apple slices in pan. (spinkle with a small amount of thyme, salt, pepper and garlic salt) Saute on medium low heat until soft about 6-10 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar and saute for another 3-4 minutes. In skillet, bury chops in apple/onion mixture and place in pre-heated oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
