Ingredients

    12 oz Rainbow Rotini
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1 cup diced green bell pepper
    1 large cucumber
    1 cup diced carrots
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup Italian salad dressing, low-cal or FF

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and cool. Dice the vegetables. Combine pasta and vegetables. Add Italian Dressing and toss to coat.

Serving Size: About 10 - 1 cup servings
