Ingredients

3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/3 cup raisins
1 tbsp miso paste
5 fresh basil leaves
1 tsp parsley
2 cups red onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
3/4 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup sunflower seed w/o salt
2 tbsp chia seed
Tips
I used chia instead of flax seeds with the sunflower seeds but could not find chia in the list so put in flax seed.
Directions
In food processor blend tomato, raisins and miso til smooth. Add onion, garlic and flax seed, process to very smooth. Stir in sunflower seed and chia seed. Cover cookie sheet with Parchment Paper ( do not use wax paper). Pour mixture and spread thin. Bake @ 250 for 1 hour, place second piece ofparchment on top, then second cookiesheet and flip. Peel off old parchment and slide on to first cookie sheet. Bake again for about 30 - 45 min.
