Ingredients

    4 oz Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
    1 oz Feta Cheese
    1 tsp Garlic, minced
    1 tsp Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 pita Kangaroo Pita Pocket Bread
    1 cup Spinach, fresh
    Dash Sea Salt

Tips

Note on the Pita. The Kangaroo pockets are already cut in half and are 90 calories each. I keep mine in the fridge so they last longer. To warm, place on a plate with a damp paper towel on top. Microwave for 10 seconds.


Directions

Place EVOO, a dash of sea salt, and minced garlic in a hot preheated skillet on Medium heat.
Cook chicken in the garlic and oil, flipping occasionally until juices run clear.
Cut the chicken into strip and toss with spinach and feta. Place all items into the pita pocket and enjoy!
