Introduction

A wonderful snack or breakfast! A wonderful snack or breakfast!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Add 4 cups uncooked 5 grain with flax (can use uncooked whole oatmeal if desired)
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups skim milk
    1 cup splenda
    2 tsp vanilla
    7 tsp cinnamon
    4 tsp apple pie spice
    1 lb bag of frozen or fresh blueberries (can use other berries or apple slices for variety)

Directions

Mix dry then add wet with blueberries folded into the mix last. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan sprayed with Butter Pam.

Bake at 375 for about 50 minutes or until very golden brown.

The blueberries will burst into a wonderful snack or breakfast cobbler!

Cut into 12 equal pieces

    I made this, substituted 2 cups of oatmeal for two cups of grain. It was very thick and came out very heavy and almost too cinnamony. Hubby did not like at all. - 2/17/08
