Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Rotisserie Chicken
    -measure out 4-6 oz (nutritional info is based on 6 oz)

    1 Bag Sweet Butter Lettuce

    Italian Dressing to taste (nutritional info is based on two servings to match the two servings of lettuce you get)

Tips

I like to keep the chicken and dressing separate and continue to add them as I eat through the salad. Otherwise you run the risk of loosing flavor towards the end.

This is my go to food for days when I begin to look at the pantry sideways far too often.


Directions

Begin with a large bowl.
Dump entire bag of Sweet Butter into the bowl.
Shred chicken by hand on top of the lettuce.
Add Italian dressing to taste.
Enjoy!

Serving Size: Fills even the emptiest of bellies; cuts cravings for hours.
