Ingredients

8x Corn Tortillas (can use more to make smaller)
1 cup cheese
4-6 oz fat free sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 cooked shredded chicken (skinned rotisserie works)
1 can green chilis
Optional: Salsa Verde
Optional: 1 small white onion, fine chop
Tips
Top with Salsa Verde for a good spice!
Directions
Mix sour cream, soup, chilis.
Remove 1/3 of mixture, add chicken and onion (if using) in a large bowl
Spoon into tortillas
Top with rest of wet mixture
Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Remove cover, top with cheese (if using), return to oven and increase temperature to 400. Bake until cheese is bubbly and it starts to brown
Serving Size: Makes 8x servings
