    1/2 Cup plain fat free yogurt
    2 tbsp low fat peanut butter
    1 tbsp honey
    1/4-3/4 large banana sliced
    1/2 cup skim milk
    about a handful of crushed ice or 4 ice cubes


you can add less or more peanut butter and banana


pour all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.
