Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 large raw potatoes, cubed
    2 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked, cubed
    1 cube chicken bouillon, or 2 low sodium cubes
    1 t garlic
    1 medium scallion, chopped
    8 c water
    1 T onion
    1/4 c cornstarch (thickening agent)
    1/2 c hot green chili, frozen or canned

Directions

Place all ingredients, except cornstarch, in crockpot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Mix cornstarch with a little cold water and add to stew to thicken.

Serves about 10
