    2 Tbsp canola oil
    1 cup of whole wheat pastry flour
    1 Tbsp brown sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup 1% milk

Directions

Whisk egg. Add oil and other ingredients, finishing with milk. Whisk until just combined. Bake 2 minute per side on med heated skillet.
