Number of Servings: 7


    2 cups chickpeas
    1 stalk celery
    half an onion
    5tb Veganaise
    1tsp Sriracha or hot sauce
    1.5 tsp mustard
    .5 tsp horseradish
    .5 tsp cumin
    2 tb relish
    .5 tsp dill weed
    salt and pepper to taste


Best when chilled for a while to let the flavours meld.


Mix all in food processor. Add more relish, hot sauce, salt and pepper, etc. to taste. Chill and serve on bread with lettuce and other toppings. Delish!
