    Cabbage (red)
    Chicken Breast (tenderloins are best)
    Baby Carrots
    Peppers (any color - mix and match!)
    Tofu - extra firm
    Garlic
    Water

Tips

Season to taste but do NOT add salt. Salt makes you look fat. Well, unless you're Italian, in which case you have a natural immunity to salt. Otherwise, keep it salt free!

Also - you can remove the chicken to make it Vegan.
