Introduction

This comes out different every time, but here's a basic recipe! Also, note that I really don't know for sure how much of each spice I actually use, I just eyeball it. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 zucchini
    2 tomatoes
    1 red onion
    1 clove garlic

    2 cans pinto beans
    1 can pumpkin
    1.5 cups vegetable broth
    1.5 tsp cumin
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    0.5 tsp turmeric

Directions

Dice all the veggies and place in crock pot
Drain and rinse beans and add all other ingredients to crock pot
Stir well
Set pot on low for 8 hours

Serve with hearty bread!
