Ingredients

    Chicken, Trader Joe's Breast Tenderloins, 9 - baked and chopped, cooled.
    Trader Joe's fat-free plain Greek yogurt, 12 oz
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 6 tsp
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Trader Joe's Nuts, Roasted & Unsalted Whole Cashews (1/4-1/2 cup... I used 1/2 cup)
    Salt, 3 dashes
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Tips

Serve with sliced cucumbers, salad greens, on a sandwich, or plain. Goes great with fruit as a side too.


Directions

Mix all and chill at least a few hours, preferably overnight.

Serving Size: 3 large entree salads or 4-5 sides. Calculated on 4 servings.
