Introduction

A quick flavorful low cal/fat/sugar pudding. Adding the cocoa powder really ups the flavor of the sugar free Jello without adding more sugar and only adds less than 3 calories per serving! Ingredients

    Sugar free fat free jello pudding, Unsweetened cocoa powder, milk of your choice (Not soy! It wont set.)

Tips

Feel free to substitue a lower fat milk.


Directions

Beat ingredients for 2 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes. Tip* It won't set if you use soy milk!
