Ingredients

Deer Meat, 9-10 oz
*Kraft Simply Fat Free Sour Cream, 6 tbsp
*98% Fat Free Cambell's Cream of chicken Soup, 1 serving
Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
*Onion powder, 1 tbsp
*Egg Noodle Ronzoni Smart Taste 2 oz dry, 1 serving *Cheese, Philadelphia Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, 8 oz
Tips
This is a low cal version of a very high cal version using deer meat which is typically lower fat than turkey or beef.
Directions
Cut deer into strips.
Season with garlic and onion powder.
Heat crock pot on Low 8-10 hours setting.
Pour into crock pot soup, broth, and 1 cup water.
Stir and then add deer meat strips.
Cover and let cook all day.
When you get home add cream cheese and sour cream and let melt together in crock pot.
Cook egg noodles.
Serve meat mixture over your egg noodles.
