Introduction

Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Garlic, 3tsp.
    Zuccini 3 (6"-8" long)

Directions

Chop all the veggies wash and set aside. Add low fat low sodium chicken broth 1 carton add equal parts water. Add garlic and any other spices that you enjoy. Remember spices are generally no calories but be sure to check.
