Introduction

Ingredients

    Greek Yogurt, 16 oz
    Paprika, 0.5 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 2 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Garlic, minced 0.5 tsp
    Onions, raw, 0.13 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 0.5 1 tsp
    Dill seed, 1 tsp

Directions

chop onion and saute in olive oil on low heat until onions are tender. When onions are done allow to cool completely (I throw mine in the freezer for a minute). Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and add onion once it's cooled. stir completely, store in an airtight container and allow to sit refrigerated for a minimum of 1 hour. Stir before eating and enjoy.

Serving Size: makes 8 quarter cup servings
