Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbsp unsalted, grassfed butter, melted
    2 tbsp carob powder (or cocoa powder)
    1 tbsp vanilla protein powder or organic powdered milk (if using milk, add a little vanilla extract)

Directions

Mix everything together, then freeze for 5-10 minutes until firm, or refrigerate overnight.

Serving Size: Makes 2, 1-inch squares
