    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 0.5 serving
    Eggplant, fresh, 1 cup, cubes
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 4 cup
    garlic
    dried basil
    dried orageno

Directions

put in stock pot all ingredients bring to boil, turn down to simmer till lentils are tender
