Use up the frozen shrimp you got on sale! Yummy! Use up the frozen shrimp you got on sale! Yummy!

    1 LB frozen shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    1 package frozen broccoli pieces, 10-16 oz
    1 can creamed soup, celery, broccoli, chicken,or cheese
    ! cup buttermilk
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 cup powdered cheese
    1 Tbs chili powder
    1 Tbs garlic powder


Lower the sodium content by using low sodium creamed soup, can use cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, cream of celery, or cheese.


Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs, cheese and reserve a little chili powder--top mixture with bread crumbs, cheese, and sprinkle reserved chili powder over top. Use a pam-sprayed casserole dish, cook for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
