Ingredients

Olive oil(to coat pan)
4- 5 cloves Garlic ( finely cut)
White Onion (diced)
Red bell pepper (diced)
Bag of spinach
Bag "Meat" crumbles
Two cans of stewed tomatoes
Half box of pasta
Spice to taste with
cumin
Italian Seasoning
Red pepper flakes
Tips
The times are guesses. Add a round the pan drizzle of sriracha while the "meat" is cooking to give it extra kick.
Directions
Start the pasta water in pot
In pan heat oil med heat and garlic heat till till pan is hot enough to cook add onion heat till softened add red pepper add "meat" crumbles cook till almost brown(if it stick to pan add some liquid from can of tomatoes) , add spices, add spinach till wilted add cans of tomatoes. Cook mixture together for about 5-10 minutes.
While you cook sauce cook pasta as directed, but slightly short of done. Drain and add to "meat" mixture and cook for 5 more minutes. Cool and serve.
Serving Size: 6-8 1.5 cup servings
