Introduction

Low card, Gluten Free - if you are a celiac or you need to watch your carb intake then this may work for you. Next time I will substitute coconut oil for olive oil as cocnut oil is expensive and very high in saturated fat. Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups blanched Almond flour
    6 tbls Flaxseed meal
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1-1/2 tsp baking soda
    5 Eggs (Large)
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    1 tbls honey
    1 tbls apple cider vinegar

Tips

Very easy to make.


Directions

Place Almond flour, flaxseed meal, salt, baking soda in a food processor. Pulse to mix.
Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar.
Pour batter into a greased 7.5" X 3.5" loaf pan. (you can use a larger loaf pan but the bread will be flatter)
Bake at 350° for 30 min.
Allow to cool and serve.
Serving Size: 12 slices or more
