Ingredients

    2 lbs. lean beef cut in chunks
    2- 8 oz cans tomato sauce
    2 - 8 oz water
    1-15 oz can light red kidney beans
    1-15 oz can spicy chile beans
    1-15 oz can diced tomatoes, zesty chili style, del monte
    2 alarm chili kit

Tips

I cook my meat and the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce in my cooker all afternoon and then I pull out the meat and shred it. I put the meat back in the slow cooker and add the remaining ingredients and let it cook for a couple of hours. Then I put the crock pot in the fridge for the night. I pull it out in the morning, set it in my slow cooker and let it cook all day long on the lowest setting. This lets all the flavors meld together.......


Directions

brown meat and then shred, add to slow cooker, add in tomato sauce and water, then add beans and diced tomatoes, add the spice packets from 2 alarm chili kit and add red pepper to taste.
