Introduction

This is such tasty treat. Usually like to eat at night to keep it light yet filling and takes care of my sweet craving also This is such tasty treat. Usually like to eat at night to keep it light yet filling and takes care of my sweet craving also
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Pumpkin about 3 cups boiled with out salt
    honey 1.5 tbsp
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Garlic 3-4 cloves
    Cumin seeds or powder half tsp
    raisins 15-20gms
    Salt half tsp

Tips

Serve with roasts as a side dish


Directions

Boil pumpkin with garlic till tender, when cooked and tender drain and discard garlic and mash the pumpkin.
Add yogurt, honey and cumin and salt and mix well.
Divide in portions and chill
