1/2c peaches and cream corn
1/2c chopped green pepper
1/2c cubed long English cucumber
1 can tomato basil flaked light tuna (read to eat 85g can)
1 Tbsp light cream cheese
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
1t lemon juice
Directions
Mix together and serve immediately in a pita, with crackers or just as is. Would also make an amazing melt sandwich
