Ingredients

    1/4 c. each of: ground flax seed, coconut, oatmeal
    1/2 c. Hemp protein powder
    3 Tbsp. carob powder
    2 egg whites
    2.5 c. tap water
    1 medium banana, mashed
    1 c. chickpea flour
    1 tsp. each of ground cinnamon and vanilla extract

Tips

Serve topped with peanut butter, agave nectar, or fresh fruit


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.

Pour 1/4 c. portions of mixture into a skillet; cook over medium-low heat 3-4 minutes or until bubbles start to form on the top of the pancake

Flip and cook 2-3 more minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 15, 2" pancakes
