Ingredients

    left over asparagus cooking water: add enough water to make 4 cups.l
    100g potatoes
    0.3cup of flour
    2tbsp butter
    salt, pepper, italian spices to taste.

Directions

water in which asparagus has been cooked.

melt buter and mix wiith flour
pour warm asparagus water, bring to a boil.
lower temp to medium, add the peeled potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender.
add: salt
pepper
italian spices to taste

mix in blender until smooth.
