1 egg white
1 slice turkey bacon, lightly cooked and cut up into small pieces
1 oz low fat shredded cheese
1 tbsp fat free half and half
Tips
I made these last weekend and froze them to test that out. Best fresh, but no bad reheated. It's a good breakfast to go.
Directions
spray muffin tin, preheat oven to 350
beat egg and egg white together, pour into 2 muffin cups, add chopped turkey bacon, and shredded cheese.
Top each cup with 1 the 1tbsp of non fat half and half.
cook for 15 minutes
