Ingredients

1 large Egg
1 large Egg white
1.5 oz Swiss Cheese, cut into 18 thin squares
18(count) Triscuit, hint of salt
6(count) Green Olives – sliced 3-times each
Sriracha chili sauce,
Dill weed, dried
Cooking spray (if needed)

Directions
Slice olives into 18 rings
Slice cheese into 18 even square slices
Combine egg and egg white
Heat pan over medium-high heat, and use a little bit of cooking spray to prevent sticking. Pour egg into pan and roll pan so that it covers the bottom in a thin, even sheet. Cook until the surface sets.
Sprinkle Dill over the egg, and carefully flip as one whole sheet without folding or tearing it. Cook only for a few moments until the egg is cooked through, and then remove from heat.
Slice the egg sheet into 18 even pieces. Layer 1 slice of egg, cheese and olive on each cracker, and then add i drop of chili sauce to each. Serves 2
