Ingredients

    12 no cook lasagna noodles
    20 oz ground turkey
    1 jar pasta sauce
    17 pieces turkey pepperoni
    8oz fat free ricotta cheese
    7oz kraft fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
    .5 cup egg substitute
    .5 cup bread crumbs
    salt
    black pepper
    minced garlic (in water)
    crushed red pepper
    4 tbs italian seasonings

Tips

you can make the meatballs ahead of time using your crockpot by adding the meatballs sauce and pepperoni and let them cook for about 3-4 hours on high giving you time to run errands :)


Directions

make meatballs (turkey meat, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, crushed red pepper, 2 tbs italian seasoning, .5cup egg substitute, .5 cup bread crumbs, pan fry or bake at 375 until done..i get about 24 meatballs and use 18 and freeze the rest) ...crush meatballs...put some sauce on the bottom of a 8x8 pan layer some noodles....layer crushed meat...add more sauce, sprinkle some italian seasoning....layer some noodles...mix ricotta and some mozzarella...layer that in...add some sauce, sprinkle more italian seasoning...layer noodles....add pepperoni and top with more mozzarella...cook covered with foil in oven at 375 for about an hour.... remove foil and cook for another 15 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
