Ingredients

2 cans of beans
onions
green pepper
1 c of tomato sauce
ginger
garlic
1 can of fish
1 can of chicken
Tips
This dish is easily made vegan by not using fish or chicken. You can also add more beans. I used two different varieties of beans and next time, I will add many more vegetables.
Directions
1. Spray a thin layer of cooking spray to a non-stick pan.
2. Saute onions, until they are lightly brown, add garlic, ginger, chicken and fish.
3. Add green peppers and tomato sauce and allow the tomato sauce to cook with a little of water (you can add salt at this time- I didn't and it was great!)
4. Wash and drain beans in collander.
5. Add beans to pot and simmer at low temperature.
6. Cook beans to preference
Serving Size: Makes 7 0.5c servings
