Ingredients

    Pork Loin chops cut into 1 inch cubes-brown
    Carrots sliced
    Parsnip sliced
    Butternut squash cut into 1 inch cubes
    1 T ground pepper
    1 T salt
    1 t ground sage

Directions

Saute the pork until brown onion until translucent Place in crock pot, add all the remain ingredants. Cook 2-3 hours on High or 4-6 on Low
