Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 cup, chopped or sliced
    sumac, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash

Directions

-heat the oil in a cooking pan and add the chopped tomatoes , sumac & salt.
-cook over med.heat for 30 minutes.
-serve with Bread.
