Introduction

Ingredients

    1 - 8.5 oz. package tempeh
    1/3 cup Wheat Gluten
    1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
    2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
    2 tbsp steak sauce
    2 tbsp low-sodium Soy Sauce
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp onion powder
    2 tbsp nutritional yeast
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions

Steam Tempeh for 10 minutes and grate into bowl. If you are using a thicker steak sauce/bbq sauce, add 1-2 tbsp of water.

Mix with all other ingredients and cook as you would a hamburger.

Serving Size: Make 4 burgers
