Ingredients

1 pkg frozen hashbrowns
Non-dairy creamer powder
5-7 celery stalks
1-2 medium onions diced
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth clear
I lb bacon cooked and dried
1/2-3/4 cup rice flour
garlic to taste
Tips
To make the liquid creamer I used 1 cup each of creamer, hot water, and cold water. It ended up being about 6 cups of each. Purchase the largest size creamer you can.
Directions
Cook bacon until crisp. Removed from pain and dry. Chop
Add chopped celery and onion to pan and cook until tender.
Mix the non dairy creamer to make one gallon per instructions on creamer.
Put into dutch oven, add all other ingredients. Cook until potatoes are soft and soup is hot.
Serving Size: Makes about 10 - 1 1/2 cup servings
