    Yellow Cornmeal, 4 cups
    *Flour, white, 4 cup
    100% cold pressed organic virgin coconut oil-Green Pastur..., 20 tbsp
    Organic Raw Whole Milk - 1 cup - 240mL, 3.5 cup
    *Aquafina Bottled Water, 4 oz
    *baking powder, 4 tbsp
    Eggland's Best Large Egg, 4 serving
    BioSALT - a balanced salt alternative, 4 serving
    *Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Sucanat, 60 tsp


I put an air bake insulated cookie sheet underneath my pyrex pan in the oven to keep the bottom of the cornbread from burning.


Mix dry ingredients in a very large mixing bowl.
Melt coconut oil if it is solid, and mix wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Pour into a well greased glass pan. My pan was 13.5 x 9.5 pyrex. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: makes about 70 3.5 sq cm pieces
