A simple Broccoli Casserole. Not the healthiest, but with reduced fat crackers, reduced fat cheese, fat free soup, and light margarine it still tastes good. A simple Broccoli Casserole. Ingredients

Broccoli (3-4 cups chopped and steamed)
1 Can (8 oz) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
Club Crackers
Cheddar Cheese (threaded)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp butter
Directions
Steam Broccoli and mix with cream of mushroom soup.
Crush crackers and mix with garlic powder and melted butter. Crackers should appear to be moist but not wet (adjust butter amount accordingly).
Layer in a casserole dish (broccoli mixture, then crackers, then cheese, then broccoli mixture, then crackers, then cheese)
Bake 25-45 minutes or until baked to preference.
Serving Size: Makes one large casserole dish which serves 8-10 people as a side dish.
