Ingredients

*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 2 cup
Milk, 1%, 2 cup
Tuna - Premium Albacore, Canned in Water, 3 cups (6 small cans)
Peas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
***Corn Starch - 4 Tbsp
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tips
***Note some gluten free diets do not allow corn starch.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs before baking (this will add calories). Alternately, mix bread crumbs with melted butter or canola oil until crumbly and then sprinkle on top of casserole before baking. While this makes the dish especially tasty, it adds calories which are not accounted for in this recipe.
Directions
Prepare noodles per package instructions; drain.
Heat milk in a separate sauce pan. Dissolve Corn Starch in 1/2 cup of water; once dissolved, add to warm milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine noodles, tuna, milk mixture, and the frozen peas. Mix until combined. Pour all into a 13"x9" glass Pyrex dish and bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes or until nice and bubbly.
