Ingredients

    4 large red potatoes
    4 large gold potatoes
    1/2 cup fat free low sodium chicken brith
    8 oz greek yogart

Tips

You could peal the potatoes,but you would loose some good nutrients in the process.


Directions

Cut potatoes in cubes leaving skin on, boil in water until soft enough to mash. Drain put back into pan add both & yogart mash until well mixed. Serve and enjoy!
