Ingredients

    Summer Squash, chopped
    zucchini, chopped
    onion, chopped
    1 stick of butter
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

you will need two large pieces of foil.

Cut butter in half, place one half on one of the foil peices.

Chop all vegtables up, place on top of the butter.

Place second half of butter on top, add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

Place other peice of foil on top and roll the edges together so that the packet is air tight.

Place on grill, if there is no top on the grill cook until the top is warm. If there is a grill lid, close it and cook for about 15 minutes. If your packet is extra thick you may want to flip it and let it cook somemore.

Very hard to burn, generally the veggies on top steam and the veggies on the bottom caramelize. yummy!!

Makes about 10 cups and can be customized with your personal preference of veggies. Mushrooms are good in it if you like them, according to my hubby..
