Ingredients

    2 Eggs
    3/4 Cup skim milk
    2 cup Oatmeal plain
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped red pepper
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    2 Tbs fresh chopped parsley
    1 tsp salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp ground sage
    1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef 96% lean
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce
    1 Tbs honey
    1 tsp yellow mustard
    1/4 cup fresh chopped cilanthro
    1 tsp celery seed

Directions

Combine eggs and milk; Add oatmeal, onion, parsley, salt, sage, green and red peppers, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Add ground beef and mix well.

Form loaf in a shallow baking pan and Bake at 350 Degrees for 50 minutes. Remove, Spoon off fat.
Combine Tomato Sauce, honey, yellow mustard, Cilanthro and celery seed. Pour over meat and return to Oven for 10 min.
