Ingredients

    1 large can + 1 regular can Tuna (canned in water)
    (approx. 15 oz)
    1 C White Beans (Cannellini)
    1 Green Pepper, chopped
    1 Yellow Pepper, chopped
    4 Tbsp Onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    3 Tbsp Mayo
    2 tsp Mustard
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Eat with Saltines.
