Ingredients

    Mushrooms, fresh, 907 grams , 32oz
    Corn Starch, 3 tbsp
    Land O Lakes Light Butter, 2 tbsp
    Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup
    Fat free half and half, 1.5 cup
    College Inn Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth, 2 cup
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) sliced thin
    Onions, raw, 1 large diced thin
    3 Bay leaves
    1 tsp garlic powder
    Salt/Pepper to taste

Tips

I like mine with a lot of fresh mushooms so I usually put in 48 oz of sauted mushrooms. Every time I make this I get a different serving size so calorie count is for 5 serv.


Directions

In large skillet saute mushrooms and garlic powder with Pam spray
In large pot simmer celery and onions in butter until soft
Add milk, half n half, and broth, bay leaves bring to a simmer...stirring ocassionally so does not burn
Add mushrooms simmer additional 15 minutes

Serving Size: 5 or 6 - 1 cup servings
