Ingredients

    Cut each breast piece into two and use a tenderizer to flatten each piece.
    In a measuring cup measure ingredients and mix well. Add a dash of salt and pepper if needed.

    Marinate the chicken in the sauce for half and hour in the refrigerator.

    Grill on a pan with oil spray or no oil.

Tips

add a little siracha sauce to add heat.
