1 cup milk (i use lactose free)
1 small banana
1tsp chia seeds
1tsp maca powder
1tsp cacao powder
1 cup ice cubes
If you suffer from anxiety it may pay to omit the maca or start with a smaller amount. It is a most beneficial root powder but can have adverse effects on some people. I omit it myself but put it in because it is part of the original recipe.
