Introduction

Ingredients



    1 Large Egg
    1/2 c. Banana, fresh,mashed
    1/2 c. Cottage Cheese low fat
    1/4 c. Water
    1/4 c. 100% Organic Whole Wheat Flour
    1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1 packet of Equal (about 1 tsp)
    1 scoop of Protein Powder - vanilla or chocolate
    1 tsp of Cinnamon

    Blend the ingredients together. I used my Magic Bullet.

Tips

Serve with sugar-free syrup and a few banana slices. A small drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup will up the delicious chocolate flavor.


Directions

Add all ingredients into blender and purée until smooth. Cook in a hot skillet coated with non- stick spray. I made mine as silver dollar size pancakes with 4-5 to each serving.

Serving Size: Makes 15-20 silver dollar size pancakes.
