Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Tsp olive oil
    1 pork chop without bone sliced thinly
    1 cup sliced cabbage
    1 cup frozen stir fry vegetable blend
    1 cup water
    1 Tbl peanut butter
    1 Tbl Chinese Hot Mustard paste
    1 Tbl soy sauce
    1 dried chili pod (optional)

Directions

In Large frying pan heat olive oil. Add sliced pork and brown on all sides. Add 1 cup of water, cabbage, and stir fry vegetables. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until cabbage is cooked through. Add mustard, peanut butter, and soy sauce. Wisk into broth and stir to coat all ingredients.
If you like food extra hot add a dried chili pepper and remove before serving.
Serve over rice or noodles.
